Oooh, I can feel the velvet and see the grain of the wood. Very realistic.

That big chair seems too heavy to throw. ;)
Or did spellcheck strike again?

OOPS! And I really am laughing out loud. Thank you Kristen but I won't change it. It is way too funny this way. I'm picturing a giant picking up an entire room and giving it a toss.

So, this African tribesman carved a large throne of the most expensive wood. He covered it with all the beads he had and thought it was the most beautiful thing in the world.

Except for the girl he wanted for his wife. He contacted her parents to set a dowry. Her parents wanted to come over to check out his herds. He realized that they'd see his throne and want it. What to do?

So he hauled it up into the upper reaches of his thatched hut to hide it. The potential in-laws came over and everything was going well until he heard some creaking...

Then CRASH, the throne fell down right onto him.

MORAL: People who live in grass houses shouldn't stow thrones.

That cracked me up, Joe. And it's perfect for this puzzle, considering the title. :-D
