We're renting.. The homeowner used to work for my husband. She had to leave state so she asked us if we'd move into her house. She's paid for all the repairs we've had to make but really, the first week or two we were here made us seriously consider moving back to our old house. Things are better now but I still have to fix the waterfall feature we have in the back yard. I guess I need to take all the river rocks out of the base and seal it cause it drains in just a few hours. lol...
