Good movers are worth it if you have a lot of stuff or heavy pieces of furniture. When we moved last year, we hired movers to load the trucks we rented (we moved in 2 phases), and at the other end (300 miles away) to unload just for the second truck that had the big/heavy furniture. My dad used to be a mover so I learned a lot from him about fitting things in like a puzzle. And apparently my husband is a natural cause he did a great job of loading the trailer. I just wish he had helped with some of the packing and unpacking too.#7: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Nov 13, 2011
