Had the right side solved first, and thought it was a stethescope; couldn't imagine what the old fashioned equivalent would be. Now I got it. Thanks B, like this series.

Is that not a stethescope on the right?,and a gramaphone on the left,or is that an MP4 player on the right with headphones.

It is hard to make earbuds less than 1 pixel in size.

My first attempt looked even more like a stethoscope until I made it less symmetric.

Before stethoscopes, doctors would just put their ear to the chest.

Fun puzzle. I didn't realize there was a series of these. When I saw the title I was trying to do it in three minutes or less like Marie's puzzles. Didn't happen!

I, too, thought stethoscope. It would have been a good one. :) Now I see the red on the left is the "phone" part of the old Victrola's. My dad has one of those but it is a little different--a little newer so it doesn't have the phone part. It has tube records, though.
