A single grain of rice that has fallen to the floor in a kitchen in Peking, extremely magnified and seen clearly through super high powered binoculars from the window of an airplane at 10,000 feet.

Well, Kadou, I was tempted to make the background black to portray the whiteness of the rice, but I was afraid of receiving one of your "This puzzle is so extremely easy that it is likely to be boring to solve. You might want to add more white space" comments. :-)
