Puzzle Description:

The screensaver on my computer right now. Not sure what type of flowers. I'll do a follow-up close up of one of them.

The last 20% was challenging--a little harder than "easy"
I saw flowers just like this eight or nine years ago, hanging on the east side of Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco, outside City Hall.
