I'm looking back at the image of this puzzle and suddenly i realize,"What the heck was i thinking when i published this" This may be the worst display of nonsense i've seen from anyone.I won't erase it though and I won't mind if people tell me how bad it is ,cause i agree.lol.

You may be right. It looks kinda like a two headed penguin to me. With a green sash.
Oh well. You really make a lot of these. Every now and then, it doesn't quite look like you expected.

Funny thing is,i couldn't see how bad it was before i published it.When i checked for comments this morning and saw there were none but it was rated i decided to look at it and couldn't believe how bad it was.Like you said Judy i've made a lot of puzzles, they can't all be good and i have no problem admitting this one isn't.

To be fair, I've inked a few maps in my day, and it's very hard to draw a decent aerial view of a mountain range. And that's with lines, not pixels!

LOL. I love your humility, Aldege. I've done a few puzzles like that.

I do PowerPoint presentations, and for one I use a photo of an aerial view of the Grand Canyon and challenge people to guess what it is. No one has ever guessed it. Ha!

This was fun to solve anyway.

Thx for not being hard on me Kristen and Teresa,it's nice to know that great puzzle creators as you two are have made a stinker before as well. The fact that it was at least a decent solve eases my pain.lol.

What, no quirky story! For some reason, it made me think of the Alps. Appreciate your effort, Aldege.

Didn't sleep much last night and before my hike i thought let's do one puzzle.
I really tried to see it, now I don't think I'll ever be able to forget it. ROFL.

Okay, maybe the picture wasn't so great, but I really enjoyed solving it.

I'm years late in solving this and I find the discussion amusing. Yes, I had to stare a long time to find the Grand Canyon - is the Colorado that wide? Why are Holsteins lying down on the sides of the canyon? But I found the solve to be fun - very difficult - even if the picture did nothing for me.
