I'm looking back at the image of this puzzle and suddenly i realize,"What the heck was i thinking when i published this" This may be the worst display of nonsense i've seen from anyone.I won't erase it though and I won't mind if people tell me how bad it is ,cause i agree.lol.#2: Judy Baumann (judybee) on Aug 10, 2011
You may be right. It looks kinda like a two headed penguin to me. With a green sash.#3: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Aug 10, 2011
Oh well. You really make a lot of these. Every now and then, it doesn't quite look like you expected.
Funny thing is,i couldn't see how bad it was before i published it.When i checked for comments this morning and saw there were none but it was rated i decided to look at it and couldn't believe how bad it was.Like you said Judy i've made a lot of puzzles, they can't all be good and i have no problem admitting this one isn't.#4: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Aug 11, 2011
To be fair, I've inked a few maps in my day, and it's very hard to draw a decent aerial view of a mountain range. And that's with lines, not pixels!#5: Teresa K (fasstar) on Aug 11, 2011 [SPOILER]
LOL. I love your humility, Aldege. I've done a few puzzles like that.#6: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Aug 11, 2011
I do PowerPoint presentations, and for one I use a photo of an aerial view of the Grand Canyon and challenge people to guess what it is. No one has ever guessed it. Ha!
This was fun to solve anyway.
Thx for not being hard on me Kristen and Teresa,it's nice to know that great puzzle creators as you two are have made a stinker before as well. The fact that it was at least a decent solve eases my pain.lol.#7: Joel Lynn (furface1) on Aug 16, 2011
What, no quirky story! For some reason, it made me think of the Alps. Appreciate your effort, Aldege.#8: Jota (jota) on Aug 17, 2011
Didn't sleep much last night and before my hike i thought let's do one puzzle.#9: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Aug 18, 2011
I really tried to see it, now I don't think I'll ever be able to forget it. ROFL.
Thx Joel.#10: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Aug 18, 2011
I hope it didn't hurt your eyes Jota, call your psychologist for a session,i'll pay for it.lol.#11: Jota (jota) on Aug 18, 2011
It will need several sessions ;-D#12: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Aug 19, 2011
Jota forget the psychologist,i'll hypnotize you myself.:)#13: Jota (jota) on Aug 19, 2011
That will be worth of a video!#14: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Aug 20, 2011
rofl :)Auntie Jota, speaking of videos, have you seen the ones of your niece "Cooing with daddy" on Niki's facebook,it's real cute.#15: Synthia McBride (synthia) on Sep 3, 2011
Okay, maybe the picture wasn't so great, but I really enjoyed solving it.#16: Craig Smilovitz (crs17) on Nov 19, 2013
I'm years late in solving this and I find the discussion amusing. Yes, I had to stare a long time to find the Grand Canyon - is the Colorado that wide? Why are Holsteins lying down on the sides of the canyon? But I found the solve to be fun - very difficult - even if the picture did nothing for me.
