I totally, totally, have no clue what this is about.

The only shred of a clue that I can think of is that I think the song "If you'll be my bodyguard, I will be your long lost pal" by Paul Simon mentions something about a Khartoum graveyard. But I very deeply have missed the clue here.

Hm. I looked up the video of "You can call me Al" (a favorite song of Jan's and mine, back a million years ago when he and I first started dating -- though I don't think I had ever seen the video before today. It has Baby Paul Simon in it! Oh my goodness, he looks so young there!!!) (though my favorite thing about Paul Simon is that he was once married to Carrie Fisher, and some of his stranger relationship-songs are about her) -- and now I think the song is saying "cartoon graveyard" and not "Khartoum graveyard." So maybe this is a mondegreen? The vehicle is even green!

Wait! That's not Baby Paul Simon singing - it's Baby Chevy Chase!!! Paul Simon is the guy just sitting there, in the video, occasionally doing music.

Okay, that video is even weirder than I first realized.

Aha! My son James explained that it's a Car Tomb -- Khartoum.

I am still amused by the video!
