I think logically now it can be solved.
This is an interesting solve. On the one hand, you can say "Oh, I bet it's symmetric, and that makes it easy."
But for a fully logical solve, it seems to need edge logic in a few places. After I placed the reds, the 12 on the bottom row gets a small chunk of work done.
Then you can work on the 8 in row 15. Black at C6/C15 give contradictions in the rows below.
The rest falls to line logic.
So I'm calling this moderate lookahead.
Other rows may seem more useful to work on, but the top is fool's gold for a (relatively) quick solution.
