Actually Star-Baby is an outdoor cat; she's an excellent hunter. When the outdoor cats have dinner, they all line up in a row. If there is a mouse or other little critter left on the welcome mat, I tell the cats that there will be no dinner until someone claims the mouse. It's always Star that runs over to get the mouse and then she runs back over and gets in line.
At my old townhouse, my next-door neighbor's cat would leave such "gifts" on our front porch. She often napped on our porch or under the shrubs.#9: Laura Fleming (ljfycc) on May 14, 2011
