What I see is a worm on a bird on a dog (or a cat). If that's correct, I assume the worm is meant to be the male, the bird is meant to be the female, and the dog/cat is meant to be neutered? What's interesting is that worms are hermaphroditic, which means they have both male and female reproductive organs.
