Fantastic, Brian!
Derby, I've come to rely on you to comment when the "much guessing?" solvability ratings are just plain wrong. As you wrote almost 6 years ago and Rick confirmed recently, this one is solvable using basic skills. No question it needs time and concentration, but it's quite doable.
