Sometimes when you have a lot of colour in a puzzle or just a lot of 1's the helper cant do all of the solving itself, so what you do is click on helper and if it doesn't fully solve you double check where it hasn't been able to solve and then you help it out a bit by manually putting in some dots or blocks of color (the no u is for u JC)where it couldn't work it out itself, and then you click on helper again to see if it's made any difference. Keep going back and forwards like this until it is solved, you might have to do a little adding or subtracting but it usually works out ok with a little help from you, the creator. It is quite amazing sometimes how silly the helper can be, Jan was right, but I wouldn't be without it, it can be genius as well. Hmmm, reminds me of myself :)
