Sarah mentioned that her husband has been eyeing Mr.B's souped up wheel barrow and that he is a car guy with a sweet 64 Corvair that he wants to shoe horn a V8 into. Therefore i dedicate this puzzle to Sarah's husband.P.S.is it going to be a big block or are you going with a nostalgic small block(283,327)or a 350 or current LS engines.Whichever one you go with you might have to put it in the front.Either end will take some serious modifications.Good luck.

This is a cute puzzle. Because Mr. B has kept getting in more and more trouble since he was grounded, I told him he was no longer grounded yesterday. We're very laid-back people: Mr B. will never be dinner and my husband will never sleep in the garage. As far as your question about the engine, Aldege, I will have to ask my husband.

Sarah,i hope you know that caption was just for fun.I knew when i wrote it that it would never be the case. You and Niki are alike that way,no matter how upset she may be with me,we will never sleep apart and no matter what we always snuggle into each other, she rests her head on my chest and i gently stroke her hair until we fall asleep.Hope i didn't offend you. Please do ask your husband,i'm interested in knowing,by the way what does he think about all this Mr.B. hullaballoo?

My husband is thinking of a 383 crate. It goes through the passenger door. Crown produced a kit in 1969 or 1970 for this installation. The radiator goes up front in the trunk.
I probably typo'd the year wrong. The Corvair is a 1965.
I understand about the caption. My husband and I will have been married 20 years this summer. I couldn't have a better husband. At first I was thinking I never heard him talk like that. Of course our kids knew better than to mess with anything in the workshop lol.
I'm so glad that you have Niki in your life and that she has you.

Thx Sarah,20 yrs that's amazing in this day and age. Yes Niki and I are very lucky to have each other, we are a bit of an odd couple because of our age difference(28 yrs. I worked in the apartment complex that Niki and her 2 boys lived in, and Niki fell for me right away. She kept pursuing me for 4 yrs but I resisted her advances because I was not supposed to get involved with tenants in the building, but Niki was persistent and does not give up easily. Finally I submitted and I took her to a cruise night in the 58 Dodge. We have not been apart ever since, and now we are about to have a baby together. Unfortunately, my 2 kids from my first marriage do not approve of our relationship because they are older than Niki and they will probably never get to meet their sister who will be here in June. I'm talking your ear off, but tell your husband I think the 383 crate engine will be cool and I hope you and your husband enjoy the 65 corvair as much as Niki and I enjoy our old Dodge. BTW, did your husband enjoy the puzzles about him and Mr.B?In case your wondering i was divorced and single when Niki and i met.

My husband said that he passed his driver's test in his Dad's 56 Dodge Custom Royal with a 354 Hemi. Rick has always been a Mopar person. At 17, he bought a 67 Barracuda fastback with Formula-S racing package, 4-speed Trans and 383 engine. He wishes he could have that car back because he didn't realize how few of them were made. His interest in Corvairs is because that was his first car at age 16.

Sarah, how cool is this.I am a Mopar guy,my first car was a 62 Plymouth Savoy with a slant6 and 3 on the tree.I wish i had that car still, driving the 3 on the tree was so much fun.Our 58 Dodge Custom Royal has a 354 semi Hemi, which means it has a Hemi block with poly heads. It has a push button automatic tranny and i had dual exhaust with glass packs installed.I have seen many 56 Custom Royals at car shows and i have lots of pictures of them.they are gorgeous cars.I got the year of your Corvair mixed up because i owned a 64 Corvair when i was about 24 yrs old.Thx for the info.
