It was meant sa a visual pun. They were a bubblegum band, and I couldn't tell you one of their songs to save my life, though I thought they were part of th e sanfran 60's pseudo-psychadelic scene#4: Gypso (Gypso) on Aug 29, 2007 [SPOILER]

Craig Ferguson? Strikes a bell, but...#8: Gypso (Gypso) on Aug 30, 2007
Scottish born comedian and host of "Late Night with TV's Craig Ferguson" on CBS following Letterman.#9: Gypso (Gypso) on Aug 30, 2007
He's very smart and imaginative with a gentle sense of humor. He played Drew Carey's character's boss for awhile. He starred in a little movie called "Saving Grace". He authored a book a few years back, "Between the Bridge and the River" which isn't all that funny. Matter of fact was a little uncomfortable for me to read- hit a little too close to home. I hope to buck up and finish it some day! We're planning on seeing him perform at Cobb's in the city next month. I'm very excited. ^>^
Oh forgot! I found 1910 Fruitgum Company. No wonder I didn't remember them. I'll leave it at that :D#10: J.C. Anderson (jc.noserdna) on Aug 30, 2007
Gotcha. I remember the Drew Carey, don't watch network tv that late.#11: Gypso (Gypso) on Aug 30, 2007
1910 sort of goes back to that thing we discussed about why there seem to be no really crappy old movies, don't you think?
JC, Yes it does! Now that you've mentioned it.#12: Byrdie (byrdie) on Aug 12, 2013 [SPOILER]

Different. Fun to solve.#14: Pam Tucker (grammypam) on Oct 2, 2023
Wow! That's a blast from the past! I listened to them back when I was in college. I thought one of their songs was Good Morning Starshine. I know Oliver made it famous, but they also made a rendition.
