When I got half way through, I had a figure on the right side that looked like a whirling dervish.

Man, that was Tough! I had a figure of a guy holding something, but the long beak of the Spy was just destroying my attempts to make sense of it. Good puzzle.

I had very little of the puzzle solved before I knew what I was solving for. Very nicely done and brings back some fun memmories.

I love coming across old Jan puzzles. I never knew him but he's a bit of a personal hero for creating this site. I always enjoy his puzzles too.

I hadn't seen this puzzle before, but I loved MAD Magazine when I was a kid, so this was a fun find indeed!
