Great design Michael! I didn't guess at all (I don't think...). Is it possible that this has a unique solution?

This does has a unique solution, but I am stumped as to how to get the statement to change. Originally, I had some errors in the design, but they should be fixed now to make it unique.

The first person to solve this puzzle said the puzzle had multiple solutions. I think at the time, it actually did. People who came along later saw the fixed version, but none of them seem to have cast a vote for the solution being unique, so the majority (of one) was still saying it had multiple solutions, so it was listed that way. Once I finally got around to solving the puzzle, I cast my magic deciding vote for the solution being unique (which it is) and it is now listed as being unique.

I do have various plans to fix this up to work better, including writing a full solver that can determine quickly and authoritatively whether or not a puzzle has multiple solutions.

Anyway, terrific puzzle. I really like it.
