So far I'm just plugging them into the larger grid in order but I think I'll organize them to make a more asthetically pleasing quilt. Break up same color squares and try for some symmetry. The tough part is deciding when to stop. As they start coming in slower. I'll announce a count down Thanks for your entry babarann.

We are at 40 entries. I don't want it so large that no one will solve it. If I put stripes between each square it will make it easy to solve.

5x8 would be nice, with horizontal placement, easier to solve:

x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x
x - x - x - x - x - x - x - x

I'll make a few other samplers tonight and see how they look. I've seen some great suggestions.

this is lovely - it does look like a butterfly, and also like a spinning top in motion.
