Their signs used to say "McDonald's Hamburgers" but I saw one a few days ago that said "McDonald's Restaurant" - I guess because they have so many different things on their menu now.

I like the caramel frappes. At first I thought they weren't nearly as good as Starbucks, but they got better. And they cost a lot less!

like the french fries sometimes
#8: Sarah Andrews (sarah) on Oct 31, 2010 [SPOILER]
yeah, the mocha frappes are a better price. My son used to work at McDonald's (he was a vegetarian so that was a bit rough but we live outside a small rural town, so there aren't many job oppurtunities.) He said that McDonald's has a book that shows all the items they can offer in their store and it has tons of different items. We've been to McDonalds in different states that serve submarine sandwiches but they don't sell them here. The managers must have to decide what will do well in their area. I think McDonald's is trying to jazz up their image to be more like a coffee shop, not just a play place for kids.
But I get to go to Starbucks next week; our yearly Christmas shopping trip to the "city". I'm ordereding the largest frappucino!!!
