That's my car! A '93 Corolla. The drivers inside door handle broke today and now I have to roll down the window to open it from the outside whenever I need out. /sigh Other than that it's still moving. :)

LOL seriously? Just looked up AutoZone and found the part for $20! I didn't know you could buy door handles....

I've been pretty lucky with my Corolla. My Grandma bought it new in 1992 and I got it in 2003 and she had only put 4,000 miles on it in 10 1/2 years just driving it back and forth from church and the beauty shop once a week.

Of course it's got 95,000 miles on it now (I live in a metropolitan area), I've ran into someone with it and damaged the front passenger bumper and wheel well, the AC has been fixed because the hoses were leaking, and the starter has been replaced twice.

That's not too bad considering my husband and I have been dumping $600-$1000 every year into a 2002 Hyundai which we plan on replacing before the Corolla. Goes to show the difference in quality between a Japanese and a Korean car. :)
