This puzzle certainly has multiple solutions.

All the blue, red, and green solves pretty easily, as does the border, but the rest of the black seems to require a lot of guessing.

I think the puzzle could use some more fixing up.

This puzzle must have been updated since your post. I was able to solve it logically and only get one solution. Even the helper can solve it in two passes with just a little assistance.

I can't believe that I didn't leave a comment on this one either.
I'm pretty sure that was one of the earlier puzzles that I solved. I didn't comment so often at first.
I remember feeling very accomplished when I finished this one.
I like the design and the colors.
