Topic #325: Edge Logic question

Is Edge logic possible with more than one clue at a time? I came across a puzzle that stumped me and after looking at the comments it appeared that people had used two clues at the same time in edge logic.
I've looked at it, tried looking at it again, and tried yet again, and I just can't connect the dots for how that works.
Then again, it's entirely possible that the puzzle has been changed, but I'd like to know if two-clue edge logic is possible before giving up on trying to be satisfied with every dot I place :)
If it *is* possible, could someone give me an explanation on the "why it works?" I can't seem to make the mental connections myself.

Thanks!

The more puzzles with edge logic that you solve, and the more you follow the notes of those who give hints, the easier it will be to "see" the edge logic. There are still some moves that someone like bugaboo will post that, even after following closely, I still cannot "see."

i am sorry about that fasstar
let me know when that happens so i can try and explain it more clearly next time

Not your fault, I can think just so far ahead, and then I blank. :-)

but thats my point
no one should have to think so far ahead in order to logically solve a puzzle

LoloJean, I ran across this exact situation in a puzzle last night. Try my puzzle http://webpbn.com/index.cgi?id=18560 to see my explanation.
