Puzzle Description:

WWII airplane nose art.

#1: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Jul 26, 2010 [SPOILER]

This one was actually based on "Lady Eve", a B-29 in the 501st Bomb Group during WWII. Others were named things like "Slightly Dangerous", "Forbidden Fruit", and "Male Call"(of course).

Today the Air Force is not amused by nudity in nose art.

Joe you'll have o resize your puzzle to a 30X30 grid for it to be qualify, sorry

Nudity? It looks like Super Mario with a long arm! I think this had to be reproduced on a larger grid.

I can see it (squint), it's good. (I can't tell she's nude...and that's VERY alright by me!)

I had to stare at it awhile until I saw it. Woohoo!! This was challenging but fun to solve.

Complicated puzzles like this one usually take me an hour or two to tweak and edit, so when I realized that the 30x30
*didn't* mean "adding up to 60 rows and columns" (unlike the usual WCP = 80 r&c), I felt it was best to just change the title and drop it from the WCP. I did enter two others that week.

Juuust in case BlackCat reads this comment, it's a naked lady outlined in black, sitting on a blue bomb.

Based on the title, at first I thought it would be something about the draft. Then I got the bottom blue, and a bit of the left blue, the those two black things in the upper left (?), AND THE LEG AND THE KNEE! Then I knew what it had to be. But I didn't know about the airplane art.

Not bad for this small a size.

Nicely done! I could see what it was as I got closer to finishing.
