Fun puzzle! Neat picture idea.
This one felt like moderate lookahead to me. Mostly I used edge logic, although at least once I had to employ two way logic. Near the end, I used edge logic to determine if the green pixel in R7C14 is part of the green 2 or green 3. If it is part of the green 2, then the green 3 must be in R9-11C14. This causes a contradiction in Column 22. So R7C14 must be part of the green 3 in column 14.
After that the rest of the solve goes well.
