My route was:
After line logic ends, I finished up all the blue with color logic.
More line logic marks several pixels in the upper right as white. Then I looked at the green1 in c19.
Placing that one pixel allows a surprising amount of line logic.
There was some minor color logic in the upper left green, but if you've gotten this far, you probably did it without even thinking about it.
Then there is left a small block of green clues. it covers 4 rows and 3 columns. Color logic it!
Some more line logic to finish, and voila it's...
