like your puzzle.
my cats don't like catnip. I have 6 cats inside, 8 on the front porch and 3 in the barn. (rescued cats) But if we're having spaghetti for dinner, all the indoor cats line up -- I'm sure they aren't supposed to eat spaghetti but they love it. Ducks also love spaghetti but it has to be meatless and they prefer ziti or penne noodles to spaghetti. and chickens absolutely love watermelon and they will eat every bit of it except the very dark green outside edge. And, yes, I know that this information is totally useless... and geese love corn on the cob and they eat it just like people do, row by row.

I had a barn cat that all my guests loved and agreed was one of the most mellow cats ever. I couldn't get him to pay much, if any, attention to catnip. Then it was pointed out to me that I had it growing wild all over my place.

It wasn't that he wasn't interested ... he was overdosed.

This is terrific! I had no idea what it was, until I finished. Well done!

Only 50% of cats are sensitive to catnip. Neither of our old cats was very interested in it, and one actually went more nuts for fresh carrots.

Our current batch is uniformly delirious in the presence of that o'erwhelming tocsin of the soul.

Clever pun, fun image and solve.

I still remember waking up to the first morning my second cat was with me. He was about 6 months old. He had a small square catnip pouch in his teeth and looked very happy.
