Puzzle Description:

For a dog, nothing is more exciting than sticking your head out the window. Just ask Buddy.

Another excellent black & white paint-by-number, Teresa. Thanks! Love it.
#2: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jul 24, 2009
Thank you, Mary Ellen.
#3: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Jul 25, 2009 [SPOILER]
This was insanely difficult to solve (the right half, anyway). Nice one, though. Why is the truck at the back driving down the middle of the road???

Teresa, you didn't answer my question. :-)
#6: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jul 25, 2009 [SPOILER]
Oh, I didn't see your question the first time, Adam. Sorry. You must have gone back and added it. I was wondering if someone would ask about that truck. Well, it so happens that the truck is about to pass the car. Then Buddy can stick his tongue out at the truck driver. Smiling all the time, of course. :-)

Fabulous image and puzzle! Lots of fun!

Adam you never miss a trick...er, a truck...do you!
#8: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Jul 25, 2009
Nope. Neither one. Especially when I am shooting at them. :-)
#9: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jul 25, 2009
Thanks, JoDeen.

THANKS for your entry Teresa!
#14: Jane Doe (telly) on Jul 28, 2009
Nice image but like Adam said, it was a tough one to solve. I kept thinking I was stuck and then after much searching I'd find another spot to stick a dot.
Nice job!
#15: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jul 28, 2009
Thanks, Telly. I get frustrated with puzzles that are too slow or tedious. Unless there is a good image at the end of all the work, then it is worth it. I hope everyone who finishes this one likes it.
#16: Beth (Shasta) on Jul 29, 2009
I got stuck a lot-then getting one square would get me going again. I though it was a deer for a long time-but the title did not match. Thanks!
#17: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Jul 29, 2009 [SPOILER]
Well, deer can actually run "faster" than we can, or than a dog can, or a lot of other things for that matter too. :-)
#18: Shae (shaekin) on Jul 30, 2009
When I saw the title kept thinking "Fasstar Fasstar." :) Excellent puzzle! I, like Adam, had a harder time with this one than most. But great image in the end. Well worth the effort.
#19: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jul 30, 2009
Thanks, Beth and Shae. I'm glad you stuck with it.

I think the only time I've ever hear "Faster, Faster!" was in a car or in a movie ... and I would never think Teresa was easy.

Nicely rendered image and I'll ditto the "insanely difficult." Took me a few stabs at it, saving and coming back.
#21: Teresa K (fasstar) on Aug 4, 2009
You are funny, Martin. :-) I had to go back and look to see who called me "easy" - it was me! Ha! Well, I'm glad you finished.
#22: Blair Waite (toppshelff) on Oct 31, 2009
Great puzzle. Nice change of pace as squares fell by the dozens, then nothing for 10 minutes or more. Then another dot gets in the right square, and another couple of dozen fall. And in the end, a great picture. Thanks!
#23: Teresa K (fasstar) on Oct 31, 2009
I'm glad you liked it. :-)

Awesome puzzle. One of the best, and high points for quality of design, the composition is well balanced and attractive. Thanks very much.
#28: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jan 4, 2018
I'm glad you enjoyed it, derby.
#29: Aurelian Ginkgo (AurelianGinkgo) on Jul 25, 2018
Nice solve and cute picture. Even his paws are sticking out. Also, I too noticed that the truck was driving in the middle of the road. I like your explanation of it changing lanes.
#30: Teresa K (fasstar) on Aug 22, 2018
Thanks, Aurelian.
#31: CB Paul (cbpaul) on Dec 6, 2019 [SPOILER]
I found the left part easy (of course), and the right part not too hard, but the middle was tricky. I saw the dog's head by the time I got the top half almost done, but I thought it was a person with the dog in one of those baby carriers that's strapped across the chest. (The left part being the jacket with lapel.)

I was waiting to find out what connection between a person holding a dog and a truck coming down the road.

It wss tricky, and it's a great image.

And btw, vets will tell you about the problems with stuff flying into the dogs' eyes. Just something to think about.
#32: Teresa K (fasstar) on Dec 8, 2019 [SPOILER]
CB, I'm glad it was a good challenge for you. I personally don't let my dogs hang out the window, and I agree it's not very safe. My white poodle is very good about sitting still in the back seat. My little chihuahua thinks he should ride on my lap, but I won't let him. At home, he wants to be babied, and he would be very happy if I got a baby carrier for him to ride around. Sometimes I wrap him up in a baby blanket and hold him in my arms and he falls right asleep.
