Puzzle Description:

A battery powered radio. I am sure that the music on 91.1 is from some university station hence the probing question in the title.

91.1 Jazz FM is "Canada's Premier Jazz Station" according to their own website. I don't listen to live radio very often, but I know my mother plays this station a lot.

Fun puzzle to solve. I didn't get the title, except for the frequency part. Who is Kenneth, I wondered. I had to look it up, as I had never heard of the song by that title by R.E.M. (1994). "What's the Frequency, Kenneth?" is notable for being the first song in history to debut at number one on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart.
