Puzzle Description:

Todd the Love Arthropod says "Hi!" This arthropod is a lobster, arthropods can be distinguished by these 5 characteristics; bylateral (left/right) symetry, a segmented body, a hard exoskeleton, jointed legs and many pairs of limbs. Great job! It was reversed in that the heart was NOT red for a change- nice trick! Thanks.

The way his antennae encircle his eyes makes his eyes look HUGE, as if someone larger is looking out at me. Anyone else see what I mean?

Thank you for your entry; however, I am obligated to let you know that many people have apparently rated this puzzle as to require guessing; therefore I would remind you that any such puzzle that ends up with a "?" may not be considered for the WC contest (per Sylvain).

Jan would have to double check the two Todd we receive that were mark with ? this week so we can know if they are available or not for the contest

Maybe you can convince him to do all the WC puzzles! I always want to ask him to do all my puzzles that get ? on them, but I imagine it would get tiresome only to do possibly unsolvable puzzles all the time.

Did you call that an interrogation point in the other post? That's cool! Usually we call it a question mark, but I like your term.
#8: Sylvain "WCPman" (qwerty) on Sep 26, 2008
my bad its the direct translation from "Époint d'interrogation" in french I know it was question mark but I was doing three time at the same time so I did not double check what I wrote :)

no guessing, just lots of careful work

awesome image!

nope... no guessing, just lots of one block at a time work... VERY lovely piece!

the helper couldn't solve it without help..so it does need assistance Marz maybe you could correct the problem before the end of the day :)

Nice puzzle. :) Of course, I'm a big fan of your love animal series. ;)

I just solved this again, and I never guessed, or even had to look a few steps ahead. Is the helper fool-proof?
#14: Deana L (ffswife) on Sep 28, 2008
No, it's not. Smile logic doesn't work in the helper, and it sometimes has problems with edge logic.

I do want to make puzzles for you Naneki, I will concentrate on coming up with something soon, I promise :)

I didn't notice the changes you made. Where were they?
#19: Marie-Louise Ambrey (marz) on Sep 29, 2008
I put more black around the edges of his body and his head.

I really only do a tiny fraction of all puzzles. I only just got around to this one.

Marz's puzzles frequently get marked as "requires guessing" by people, but I don't think I've ever seen one that actually does. She's as careful about the solvability of puzzles as she is about the beauty of the images.

I also don't read comments on puzzles I haven't solved, so asking me to check this puzzle here is really pretty useless.

Totally awesome. It was a lot of fun to solve and was not as hard as I expected seeing all the single dots. I think this is one of the most fun I have done.
