I really enjoyed the color logic here! The use of color makes for a neat image too.

I almost bailed and went with edge logic, but for those who want strict line and color logic, here's what I saw.

The key thing to note is R5C1 must be green. We know this since C2-3 R6-15 must be dots. So R5C2/3 are either blue or blank. One must be blue, too. Since R5C2 can't be green, but there's a green to the left, R5C1 is green. (This places the blues, too.)

Then in C3 the first green must be in R2 or above. So it goes in row 1, R1C2 is black, and the rest is less tricky. Also, it helps to see the 3 in C7 must be above a red in R6 or R7.
