Puzzle Description:

to get a lift

After LL,
EL 3 r13 = c12 white
LL
EL 3 r11 = c11 w
LL

If the 2 in r10 were in c7-8, then the whites on either side would force both the 3s in rows 9 & 11 into c10, creating a conflict. Therefore r10c7 must be white (as it can't be either the 2 or the 1).
LL

EL 3 r9 = c10 w
LL

Deep Lookahead:
Let's concentrate on the unknown block on the right and row 8:
If the 2 were in:
> c9-10 then the right block could only hold one of the 1s in r8, so the 2 would have to be in r8c3-4
> c10-11 then there would be a conflict in r7
> c11-12 then again the right block could only hold one of the 1s in r8, so the 2 would have to be in r8c3-4
= Since the only two valid outcomes are the same, r8c3-4 must be black
LL

It's a hand thumbing a ride.

well, it's tricky, but it solves. I like it...I did have trouble seeing the final image til you gave the thumbs up though. Then it's so easy to see that you can't "un-see" it

Cool solve! Thumbs up!

Ahhh, now I see it. Like Kurt says, now I can't un-see it!

Oh, now I see it!

Oh wow, that was HARD! And then I stared and stared and stared. Then, POP! Love it.
