Off and on...#16: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Jun 29, 2019 [SPOILER]
_____ off (and) _____ on !
Soooooooooo sorry :)))))))))))
[HINT] There is no "and" in the phrase. What other words or actions could the "+" represent?#17: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jul 3, 2019 [SPOILER]
Oaf on strike?#18: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jul 3, 2019 [SPOILER]
So, maybe + can mean across, or add.#19: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Jul 4, 2019 [SPOILER]
If it's across, the jerk would be a verb?
If it is add, it could be the first half of the second word.
Or... + could indicate adding to make a singular plural.
I'm not pulling any punches here.
The "+" is "add" in the phrase.#20: Phyllis Schimke (PhyS) on Jul 4, 2019 [SPOILER]
Is it "Add insult to injury"?#21: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Jul 4, 2019

This one and #21 have been the hardest. I was surprised by both. But then, some of the ones I thought would be hard were answered by the first commenter. So what do I know.
