After Line Logic and careful Color Logic gets a green crescent on the left and three branches of black coming from it, and a dot of black in the upper left,#3: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Jun 18, 2018
Interior Edge Logic 9 r28 limits it to [c10-24] (it is effectively on an edge since there can only be green below it) and so r28c16-17 must be black.
