The description is a clue to the subject using cryptic crossword clue rules.

Every cryptic clue is made up of two parts; a definition, and a literal description of the answer using wordplay. They can be in either order (though not intertwined) and there is no separation between them.

An earlier version looked like a very harassed person screaming. You need to back up farther. Then you'll see it's the bow on a present.

For those just starting with cryptics, here's the breakdown of the clue:

This is a double definition.

here! : (interjection as in a roll call)

But do you see the present *now*? The idea is that the picture is also a little cryptic. One part of the puzzle is confirmed by the other, just like in a cryptic clue.
