Puzzle Description:
What common phrase does this represent?
#1: Aurelian Ginkgo (AurelianGinkgo) on Apr 28, 2018 [SPOILER]
I did this in "half the time"!#2: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Apr 29, 2018
But of course this sentence only makes sense if my guess is correct. Is it?
Not this time, but try again.#3: Aurelian Ginkgo (AurelianGinkgo) on Apr 29, 2018 [SPOILER]
I'm pretty sure time is the word, but that may be the very thing I have wrong. However, I can't see any other word cut in half at the moment, so I'm gonna cast another guess along those lines. Is it "half time"? "Time and a half"? Heh heh, am I half right or wasting my time?#4: Koreen (mom24plus) on Apr 29, 2018 [SPOILER]
Aurelian, I am thinking you are half-correct.#5: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Apr 29, 2018 [SPOILER]
It's half time!#6: Alan Lafond (Cural) on Apr 29, 2018 [SPOILER]
Part-time#7: Bill Eisenmann (Bullet) on Apr 30, 2018 [SPOILER]
I didn't get this in TIME :(#8: Susan Duncan (medic25733) on May 1, 2018 [SPOILER]
Cool puzzle but like Bill I was short on time#9: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on May 3, 2018
Oh, you guys!#10: Norma Dee (norm0908) on May 4, 2018 [SPOILER]
Looks to me like there is 3/4 of a t and 3/4 of an e. So maybe three quarter time?#11: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on May 4, 2018 [SPOILER]
Well, it's half the line height. If you want exactly half of time you'd have to put up with "me" (and that's never fun).#12: Aurelian Ginkgo (AurelianGinkgo) on May 5, 2018
Lol! I'm sure that's not true. ^-^
