I recognized this image quickly.
I saw BOC in 1982, and the show was delayed an hour for snow, as their opener (Aldo Nova) was late getting in.

I had terrible seats, but there were so many no-shows due to the weather, I strolled from my nosebleeds all the way down to great open seats on the floor.
