After line logic and color logic leaves only ten blue pixels (and a bunch of black)#3: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on May 10, 2018
The remaining blue clues are stuck in a small box so:
edge logic (with color logic) blue 3 c19 limits it to [r6-10] so c19r8 must be blue
CL/LL finishes the blue & more black
EL 5 r15 limits its range to [c14-19] so r15c16-18 must be black
LL to finish.
