Puzzle Description:
Formicivora rufa the Rusty-backed antwren
#1: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Feb 11, 2020 [SPOILER]
Lovely! Is it an antwren because it eats ants?#2: lala lili lolo (langedrako) on Feb 11, 2020 [SPOILER]
I'm guessing so, because ant bites contain formic acid.
It is part of a whole family of birds that specialize in following ant swarms in the tropical rain forest. There are antwrens, antshrikes, antpitas, antbirds and more. Although only a few eat the actual ants as they mostly aim for the bugs who are running away from the swarm!#3: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Feb 11, 2020

Gorgeous depiction, ans I learned something new - LOVE PBN!!#7: Gator (gator) on Feb 18, 2020 [HINT]
Most of the puzzle solves with line/color logic until the last few blacks at the end. Looking 2 moves ahead, R18C21 can be made a dot. The same can be done with R18C23.#8: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Feb 18, 2020
Either R16C20 or R17C20 has to be black (or both). In both cases, R17C23 is a dot. LL to finish.
Nice puzzle!
