Puzzle Description:
... not! The grid does not permit of wrinkles, nor the blue-gray-green non-color of the eyes. Also, my hair is no longer blue all over, having grown out and faded from the bright turquoise of the first part of this year to a more sedate salt and pepper (except at the ends). Maybe I looked a bit like this at 20, but that was a long, long time ago.

I, too, have blue-grey-green eyes. I think they're lovely. I heard them described as "grey" eyes a few years back, and it was a bit distressing, but now I love being able to say I have grey eyes. :)#5: Dan Tomlinson (themountainman) on Oct 21, 2017

These pixelated puzzles don't allow for details that make us human, so we really can't do subtle details justice. Also, what's wrong with reviving an old challenge? There are a lot of new people since then who were not here for the original challenge. I was even thinking of doing one myself, but I don't like to post my face on the internet. Aurelian - I think I'm safe; I doubt that anyone could recognize me from this puzzle.
Kristen - My husband is red-green colour-blind, so believes I have lovely blue eyes (he also thinks his green suit is grey). My driver's license says "grey", though - just like Pallas Athena.

Gaynor. What a great self portrait. I'm sorry I missed it when it first came out. The featured puzzle page really brings up so gems from time to time.
