This is so cute. Everything in the recipe sounds adorable because it's all these tiny amounts. How big does the cake end up being?

Aurelian, the cake is 5 3/4" by 3 3/4".
Philip, did you use self-rising flour? It should have risen, but can't get too high because in the Easy-Bake Oven it has to go through a narrow slot.
Here's a frosting recipe: 6 tablespoons powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa, 1 teaspoon soft butter, 2 drops vanilla. Mix sugar with cocoa. Cream butter and sugar mixture together. Add vanilla and milk and beat with a fork. My book also has recipes for vanilla and cream cheese frosting.
