OMG! If there is a good side, it's that this didn't happen in the middle of winter.

Poor, frustrated Daddy. Good thing you haven't lost your sense of humor and I, for one, am glad to be part of your therapy!
#3: Aldege Cholette (Aldege) on Jul 21, 2017
Wow I never thought of that Norma. That would be disastrous. :)

Thx Koreen. So I'm a therapist now. Cool. I'm always happy to brighten someone's day with a puzzle. It makes me feel good too. :)

I can just see your children marveling over the fountain you brought them. If it's hard for you to see the good side, they'll show it to you. That's what children are for.

Bubbles and fountains! You make all this work you're doing sound like a festival! ;) Here's to the water gods smiling on you and hoping your well feels better soon!

Hey aunt Jenny. How are you? Where have you been? Yes the children will brighten the dullest of days. Good to hear from you again Jennifer. :)

Thx Alison. Well(pun intended) it's feeling fine now,but there's one more step before we got there and it's coming your way soon. :)
#7: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jul 22, 2017
Such fun! (said with much sarcasm)

The only part that wasn't fun was being without water. However if you think about it our great grand parents had it even worst. Like someone said earlier. They like others still today have to walk to the river or community water hole to get water several times a day every day. They also get by with no electricity. I'm not saying modern advances aren't a great thing. It's just that we tend to take things for granted and we tend to complain a lot when were inconvenienced. A wake up call every now and then can be a good thing. Thx Kristen. :)

It's easy to get used to running water. Hope things are back to normal.
#10: Aldege Cholette (Aldege) on Jul 27, 2017
Were all good now Susan. Not having to pay for my water is a real bonus for a large family. A little inconvenience now and then is worth it. :)

Good puzzle and story.

On another note..... Did you here the one about the three holes in the ground?

Well, well, well...
