Puzzle Description:

A light art installation on the Kaiser Wilhelm Tower above the town of Marburg, German, by local artist Helmi Ohlhagen. At night, one can call the number 09005/771207 to illuminate the heart (perhaps as a romantic gesture as you look up at the tower with your date) and donate to various charitable organizations. The number is also the assumed birthday of St. Elizabeth of Hungary, 7.7.1207, who lived and worked in Marburg.
