Wow! As soon as I knew what this was, I kept thinking that I couldn't see how it was going to turn out very well but it is absolutely lovely! I thought elephant right away. Those creatures truly do have long memories. I remember seeing a story about an elephant who as a youngster was separated from her heard for over 30 years.
