Puzzle Description:

January 23 is webpbn's Founder's Day in honor of Jan Wolter who created our favorite site. He unfortunately passed away in 2015 and is missed. (NB: 'W' is the 23rd letter of the alphabet)

After Line and Color Logic leave only black in c3-6 and c11-15,

No matter where the 3 in c3 goes, c4r1 will be blacK.
LL

Deep Edge Logic 3 r8 (vs r10): If it were to go all the way left, there would be not enough room for the 1,1 in r10. Therefore r8c11 must be white.

LL to finish.

Great puzzle and a wonderful tribute to Jan.
I solved it logically, yet quite deep logic at times.
