Guess we're looking at different interpretations. The Pisces I'm looking at looks like an H.#5: valerie o..travis (bigblue) on Jan 4, 2014
this is my sign, cancer :)#6: Bryan (Cyclone) on Jan 4, 2014 [HINT]
This is pure edge logic all around. It's vital to solving this puzzle.#7: Susan Duncan (medic25733) on Jan 4, 2014
I also had an additional piece of logic in solving. After using edge logic and line logic to get about two thirds of the way through, the 4 has only two possible locations. In either setup, R12C3 must be filled. I found no easy clue after this, but trying to solve for the 4 going below in the same column results in a contradiction after what I consider deep lookahead. After filling in the correct upper branch for the 4, it solves with line logic.

It obviously Cancer! Norma wins!#9: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on Jan 5, 2014
nobody with cancer wins.... ;)#10: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Jun 17, 2018
Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.#11: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Jun 17, 2018 [HINT]
After line logic gets you nothing but the blank rows, I did:
Edge Logic 5 c14 = r12-14 white
LL gets right side
EL 3 r2 = c2-4 w
LL
EL 4 c2 = r4-6 w
LL
Deep EL 4 c2 (vs c4) = r11-14 w (it would cause a block of 1 in c4)
LL to finish
