Edge logic on the 14 in r12 makes c19-20 white
Note that line logic makes r16 white in each of columns 17, 18 & 19.


I was a bit stuck here so here's some out-of-the-box logic with low lookahead:

Look at r25. There is only a 2. Now look at columns 27-29. The bottom clues are all 2s. That means that at least one of those 2s must reach into r23.
Since there is only one 1 clue left in r23, that means r23c26 & c30 must be white.

Now edge logic on the 14 in r12 again: note that now r16 must be a 2 when crossing r12. That would make a block of three in r11 where we only have 2s, so the 14 cannot reach c16 and r12c16-18 are white.

Then LL to finish.

As I was contemplating the lower right, it kind-of looked like there might be an "E" there - but who would root for a VOLE?

(They root for themselves. All over my yard.)
