I had to look up my lowercase Greek letters. That appears to be an Eta.

Very good Kristen. Someone had commented on one of my old Greek Letter puzzles so I went back to see if there were any letters I missed. It is hard to make jokes out of upsilon and omicron but I thought I could do something with eta.
