Illumination
1. An illustration to demonstrate something
2. Lighting (as in a lightbulb going on)
3. The feeling you get when a lightbulb goes on and you know what you're looking at.

After LL/CL there is a rectangle 6 across by 7 tall left.

Some summing:
-in c15-20 there must be at least 10 more black pixels.
-there are only 5 black pixels remaining in known (non-blotted) horizontal clues

Therefore one or both of the blotted clues in r12 & 15 must extend into c15 (because 10+ vertical minus 5 horizontal leave at least 5 more pixels to be distributed among the horizontal blotted clues).

No matter which horizontal blotted clue (or clues) extends into c15, c15r15-18 must be black. Then LL places dots.

Again summing, but a little different:
-in c15-20 there must be at least 10 more black pixels (still)
-in r12-15 there are only two black pixels in known clues.

Therefore, there are at least 8 more black pixels to be distributed among the two horizontal blotted clues.

Now to distribute them:
The *minimum* number of pixels to be added to r12 is 3 (Since the maximum r15 can take is 5 and 8-5=3). So r12c15-17 are black.

Then line logic to finish.
