Found to be solvable with deep lookahead by infrapinklizzard.

I used a lot of color logic, but I also used some picture logic. Wonderful image, either way!

I remember those tabs. like snakes in the grass waiting to bite. really nice one!

Great image Joe but I'm confused,aren't these tabs still on soda cans?

Occasionally some of the pop tops pop off, but they are so much better than the pull tabs.

I won't be using the new check feature again anytime soon. I had the right side solved and had a great deal of the left part done, then decided to use the check feature as I realized I might have something wrong. It wiped out everything I had done on the left side except for three squares on the left edge. After checking out Joe's excellent link in #2 I discovered that I was OK except for one square! I should have saved first. 20/20 hindsight.

Joe, my son has had so little pop compared to most kids these days that when he encountered his first unopened can of pop not that long ago he had no idea what to do, and still doesn't I think.

Very difficult solve and a very hard to see image.
