Edge logic on the 3 in r22 rules out c1-2. More LL/CL.
EL on the 4 in c30 rules out r18-20 and 16-17 (for two different reasons). LL/CL (Make sure to dot c22r16-17) Then LOTS of color logic to finish.

Tried again and this time I was able to finish. Wow. Great illustration of something most people would not think of.
